Delivery

  • Amman: same day for orders placed by 9:00 pm, for JD 2.000; express within 2 hours for JD 3.500.

  • Rest of Jordan: next day, for JD 5.000.

  • Free delivery on orders over JD 20.000.

Your order arrives on the date and in the time window you choose at checkout. Sweets are fresh food: someone must be there to receive them (we cannot leave orders at the door or deliver to a PO box), and we may call to confirm the address. In peak seasons the 9:00 pm cut-off can move; the home page shows it.

Store pickup

Pick up your order for free in Dabouq (King Abdullah II Street) or Tabarbour (Martyr Street), Amman, open daily 8:00 am – midnight. We e-mail you when it is ready.

Delays

If something outside our control delays a delivery, we call you straight away and agree the earliest time that suits you.
